As you know over recent months we have transitioned our approach to providing you access to your data subscriptions through our new reporting platform “SunWiz Rocket”.
Our new embedded analytics framework has posed some challenges in regard to user account management and accessibility concerns. We are glad these have been resolved as of today (23/05/2022).
To address these issues, we've implemented login directly within the SunWiz Rocket platform, rather than via WHMCS. To reconfigure your account, we need you to take the actions described below.
There are a couple of steps you (as a user) need to take to finalise the changes to your account:
Navigate to the new login link (also accessible via menus): https://rocket.sunwiz.com.au/index.php?option=com_users&view=login&Itemid=415
Click on “Reset my Password”.
Click through the link emailed to you to create a new password for your account.
The password reset form will be emailed to you and after setting a new password you will be able to access the platform.
Please note your username is the registered email address used within our distribution emails.
Remove any previous bookmarks to the site you may have created, and replace them with https://rocket.sunwiz.com.au/index.php?option=com_users&view=login&Itemid=415

As a loyal subscriber we would like to reward your patience by offering your organisation two FREE SunWiz Rocket user licences for the next 12 months; commencing on 01/06/2022 and ending 31/05/2023.
To claim your additional user licences please email email@example.com by the 31/05/2022 with the Subject Line: Claim 2 Free SR User Licences
Within the body of the email include the names and email addresses of those you would like to add to your subscription. We will register their account and ask them to reset their passwords.

Furthermore, our growing community has access to a dedicated support section which hosts how-to guides and various articles on making the most of your subscription.
If you are facing any difficulties in accessing the platform or believe that your subscription access level has not been configured correctly then please reach out to us immediately so that we may rectify the issue.
